So much Russel Wright glassware this month! This set of five redesigned thin variation 5 oz. water tumblers, was found out of sheer luck ... even more sheer luck than other thrift shop finds!
I had a late meeting this afternoon with a new client, in an area of town I don’t often visit. The meeting went long, so instead of re-tracing the route I took the get there from my office, I decided to head straight home. After a wrong turn, I found myself going the wrong direction. Making the best of the situation, I headed to the nearest thrift shop. It was in the direction I was mistakenly heading, anyhow! That's where I found these spectacular glasses!
These are the first Seafoam examples I've added to my collection, and this color has overtaken the top spot in my list of favorites. The hue resonates in the light, and looks especially good when the glass is filled with water and light bounces across the table.
