Not much is known about the elusive "Dimpleware" / "S-Ware" pattern, and to further obfuscate its background there is currently a debate over the origins of the design. There is one camp that firmly believes it is a Ben Seibel design—the shape is characteristic "Seibel." The other side of the discussion won't believe the Seibel attribution until documentation is found that specifically names him as the designer. While I normally tend to lean towards the necessity of documentation in my research, this is one design that I really feel truly is by Seibel.
