This piece was published by The Collector's Guild Ltd and is certified an original Buffet by the Société de Vérification de la Nouvelle Gravure Internationale of New York and Paris.

scott said: Eric - it was printed in an open edition by a less-than-reputable republisher, to there are literally thousands (or tens of thousands, or more) of these floating around. I see them regularly on eBay going for $10 to $50 at the most. It is definitely not an investment piece in my opinion, but if you like Buffet it is an inexpensive way to have his work in your home.
