Normally I wouldn't think twice about passing up a single teapot lid. This is one case where that is not the case, however. Not only is it from my favorite Zeisel line of dinnerware, it is also a fairly rare color. I searched high and low for the matching pot to go with the lid, but unfortunately it was nowhere to be seen anywhere in the shop. Then I went as far as to stand in a gigantic line to see if the cashier would even sell me the unpriced piece. Fortunately she would!
