First a fragment, and now a complete piece! While it was fun to find the teapot lid beacause of the rarity of the color, it is even more fun to find a piece like this. I've had Town & Country casseroles in the past, and Sand is definitely not one of the most desirable colors, but when a piece is in as good condition as this example, I can't help but be excited.
