I'm starting to believe there are more unmarked Casual China pieces in Charcoal than there are marked. Maybe that is fortunate, since it allowed me to get my hands on a rare shape—the gumbo bowl—in this uncommon color. Either that, or luck was on my side. Marked or unmarked, Wright's design for the Casual China gumbo is incredibly distinctive and I feel fortunate nobody else recognized it before my visit to the thrift this morning.
