Not so long ago I was looking forward to my pending move to Illinois, simply because I was going to be in the middle of "Martz country." Marshall Studios was located just about 60 miles from my new home, and the prospect of regular Martz finds is one of the more exciting things to look forward to (thrifting-wise, at least).
Now today I find these three hand signed Martz studio plates, two of which still have the original Marshall Studios paper labels. Mark it up to luck, fate, or who knows what, but I find it odd that after all these years of looking, now the floodgates open and I can't go out without finding some great new Martz design. Not that I'm complaining ...
