Today my collection of Russel Wright's American Modern glassware experienced a little growth spurt with the addition of four more cocktail stems to my bursting-at-the-seams china cabinet. Not that I am complaining, though, since it has been well over a year since I have found any AM glass in the wild. And believe me when I tell you that tomorrow I'll be re-visiting the shop where I made this purchase in hope that more pieces surface, and if I'm really lucky there will be 40 minutes or so left on the parking meter for me by the previous driver like there was today. And who knows, maybe I could lay my hands on some dessert dishes, or even a handful of pilsners. Dream big, right?
