It's funny how you can tune your eye to recognize a specific object, even when it's jumbled in with a mish-mash of other similar items. I wasn't even looking at the thrift shop's bookshelf when I made this find ... I was merely next to the shelf looking at a table of housewares and knickknacks when I spotted the spine of this title in the middle of a rack of other paperbacks. It's been a while since I've found a Paul Rand book cover in a thrift store, but the radar is obviously still at least somewhat tuned!

The funny thing is I already have this book, but the copy I found today was in pretty good condition, so I thought I'd buy it and trade up. And I did so despite recently considering paring down my book collection to concentrate on a specific publisher. This collecting thing is a sickness that's hard to break. Wish me luck!
