Our home has been evolving at an accelerated rate. Thrift shopping often presents opportunities for adding new pieces of furniture to our collection, but usually these additions are few and far between. Lately, however, it seems like the tide of new objects coming home with us has reached flood proportions, so we've had to start making some tough choices. To make a long story short, we need to sell our Mies van der Rohe MR20 armchair. It is probably from a Stendig production run in the mid-1950s, and is solid although the caning needs repair. This is a seminal International Style design and would be a great addition to virtually any Modernist interior. Do you think $350 seems like a fair asking price?
