Vera: The Art and Life of an Icon

The Vera Company just announced this afternoon that a new book about the life and designs of Pop Fashion icon Vera Neumann has finally hit the shelves! Vera: The Art and Life of an Icon includes reproductions of original sketches, paintings and photographs in addition to personal anecdotes about Vera's life from the people closest to her. Quick ... run to the Anthropologie website and retail stores to pick it up! I'm really looking forward to this one.

Lizzie commented: I thought I could wait until this came out at amazon (in a few months at almost half the price) but after seeing it I was hooked. Lovely book with some amazing conparisons of the original artwork and the finished product. It also has photos of her Marcel Breuer designed house.
